Polkadoodles Magical Fantasy
This digital stamp was so much fun to color! Right now, this adorable little mermaid is FREE when you sign up for their email list! Be sure to stop by the Polkadoodles site and check out their amazing digital stamps, and their newest release which is FABULOUS!

To begin, I printed the image on Spectrum Noir paper and then colored with Copic markers (see list below). I fussy cut the image and set it aside to create my background.
For my background, I used Lindy's Stamp Gang Magical powders in Just be kind cobalt and commit to it teal from the Words of Wisdom set.
I started with a piece of Canson 140 lb. cardstock. I added the powders randomly to the Gina K. Designs tapestry embossing folder, sprayed generously with water, and ran through my Spellbinders Platinum. I set it aside to dry and then cut it down to 1/4" smaller than an A2 card so that there would be white borders. I then adhered to my card base.
I then added the colored image to it. For the sentiment, I took some reaaaaaaallllly old alphabet stamps that I have and stamped "Sea" and cut it out. I did the same for the "you soon" but using another alphabet stamp set. I adhered these to the front of the card and voila! A cute little mermaid card!
