PPC & F Catherine Pooler
Hello fellow crafters! I am so excited and grateful that Catherine Pooler is our sponsor at Passionate Paper Creations & Friends this week! I have honestly never used any of her products before and now I am hooked! And as a bonus, they sent me a free full-size ink! I had so much fun creating with the Hey Pumpkin stamp and die set that I created two cards with different vibes. I don't make a lot of Halloween or fall cards, so I was super excited to create these. One is more of a fall theme, and one fun Halloween one.

For this first card, I made a background with the Catherine Pooler Flourish & Whimsy stencil. I inked the stencil with Altenew die inks in Autum Blaze and Orange Cream. Once I finished, I sprayed Pixie Spray in silver over it to give it a glittery finish.
I stamped the adorable pumpkins with Altenew ink in Moss and then die cut them with the coordinating dies. I stamped the sentiment on white cardstock and adhered to a matching orange cardstock piece.

For my second card, I cut a circle from some Gina K. masking paper and placed it on the upper left corner of the card to make a moon. I then inked the background with Tim Holtz Distress Oxides, tumbled glass, salty ocean, and blueprint sketch. I removed the masking tape and voila! An eerie Halloween moon!
The stitched hills were cut with the Lawn Fawn stitched hills dies and then I inked the edges a bit for some depth. I stamped the pumpkins in Moss, Wisteria, and Autum Blaze inks from Altenew, and the stems with walnut distress ink. I used the coordinating Jack-o-lantern face set and stamped a face on each pumpkin with Versafine ink in onyx black.
Once I figured out where I wanted them placed, I used the grass stamps from the Catherine Pooler set and stamped grass on the hills. I then stamped the sentiment in the sky. Lastly, I had a bat stencil that I purchased years ago and have not used. I traced two bats in the sky in pencil and then colored them in with a fine Sharpie pen. I added white eyes with a Sakura jelly roll pen- kind of makes them look like they are glowing in the sky!
I hope that you love these cards as much as I do. I really had fun creating with this darling stamp set! Make sure to head over to Passionate Paper Creations & Friends and if you aren't a member, it's not too late to join us! and take advantage of the discount!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
